About the Founder and Managing Director
Elelwani Netshisaulu is the power house who heads Ukonisa (Pty) Ltd, She is qualified Chartered Accountant and a registered SAICA Assessor. She hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Witwatersrand (WITS) and Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Science from University of South Africa (UNISA).
She has more than 12 years corporate experience which she gained from JSE listed Companies, SME, international Company and state owned enterprise.
Elelwani’ s career experience as Young Talent Specialist and Training Officer at Barloworld after completing her SAICA training articles proved invaluable and developing young talent is her passion. Her Financial proficiency gained in the roles of financial manager, financial controller and management accountant make her insight and knowledge a sought after expertise.
Elelwani is currently serving as non- executive director of EddsuppSA NPC and Zwala Wealth Group (Pty) Ltd.
She is passionate about people development and identifying the root cause of why the companies are not performing effectively as a result of systems, people or
processes.
